SUMMARY:Christliche Mystik // Christian mysticism
DESCRIPTION:Seit es Menschen gibt\, sind sie auf der Suche nach dem innersten Geheimnis der Welt\, das wir in den westlichen Religionen Gott nennen. Die spirituelle Suche nach der Begegnung mit dem Göttlichen bezeichnen wir als „Mystik“. Sie kann vielfältige Formen annehmen: Meditation\, Gebet\, Stille\, Naturerlebnisse\, persönliche Begegnungen\, aber auch Kunst\, Musik\, Tanz und Bewegung können Wege zu mystischen Erfahrungen sein. \nIn der christlichen Tradition wurde die Mystik besonders in der klösterlichen Theologie des Mittelalters gepflegt. Hildegard von Bingen\, Teresa von Avila oder Meister Eckhart sind berühmte Lehrer*innen einer mystischen Kontemplation. Aber auch in der Moderne gibt es vielfältige Formen und spannende Persönlichkeiten der Mystik. \nMit Hilfe von theologischen Texten und praktischen Übungen tauchen wir in die Welt der christlichen Mystik ein und kommen ins Gespräch. \n\nFor as long as there have been human beings\, they have been searching for the innermost mystery of the world\, which in Western religions we call God. We call the spiritual search for an encounter with the divine “mysticism”. It can take many forms: Meditation\, prayer\, silence\, experiences of nature\, personal encounters\, but also art\, music\, dance and movement can be paths to mystical experiences. \nIn the Christian tradition\, mysticism was cultivated especially in the monastic theology of the Middle Ages. Hildegard von Bingen\, Teresa von Avila and Meister Eckhart are famous teachers of mystical contemplation. But also in modern times there are many different forms and exciting personalities of mysticism. With the help of theological texts and practical exercises\, we will immerse ourselves in the topic and enter into conversation. \n
