Auch eigene Rezepte sind gerne gesehen!\n–\nEvery Wednesday we celebrate the middle of the week with a special lunch break: we meet at 12.00 in the KHG chapel for midday prayer. Afterwards we spoon vegetarian soup together.\nAnyone who would like to help make the soup is welcome to come to the KHG kitchen beforehand (from about 11.00 a.m.). Your own recipes are also welcome!

Produzenten beider Organisationen haben die zwei herzlich empfangen und ihnen gezeigt\, wie sie Zimt\, Muskatnüsse\, Pfeffer\, Kurkuma und Gewürznelken produzieren. Den Frauen durften die beiden Fotojournalisten außerdem beim Kochen feurig-scharfer Currys über die Schulter schauen.\nMit beeindruckenden Bildern berichten Dr. Jutta Ulmer und Dr. Michael Wolfsteiner über den Anbau und die Verarbeitung von Gewürzen\, ihre Verwendungsmöglichkeiten in der Küche sowie ihre Heilkräfte. Sie erzählen auch von den Vorteilen\, die der Faire Handel den sri-lankischen Kleinbauern bringt\, und gehen auf die Unterschiede zwischen „Fairtrade-Siegel“ und „WFTO-Label“ ein. Beide sind zuverlässige Fair-Handels-Gütezeichen.\nDie Multivisionsshow bietet mit ihrer aufwändigen Programmierung\, den einfühlsamen Geschichten und Musikpassagen ein betörend-faires Gewürzerlebnis.\nAls Fotografen und Journalisten mit dem Schwerpunkt Fairer Handel sind Dr. Jutta Ulmer und Dr. Michael Wolfsteiner Mitglieder der World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO). DESCRIPTION:– English version below – \nKeine Jahreszeit ist rund um Bayreuth so schön zum Wandern wie der Herbst – also gehen wir raus! \nIn diesem Jahr wollen wir nicht nur die wunderbare Natur im bunten Herbstkleid genießen\, sondern auch Pilze suchen und gemeinsam kochen. \nTreffpunkt: 12.00 Uhr an der Bushaltestelle Luitpoldplatz in Bayreuth: https://maps.app.goo.gl/DBD8uCjnevLMpgjJ9 . Für alle\, die aus Kulmbach anreisen: Es gibt eine Zug-/Busverbindung um 10.50 Uhr ab Bahnhof Kulmbach\, die um 11.43 Uhr am Hauptbahnhof Bayreuth ankommt. Von dort ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg (oder eine Station mit dem Bus) bis zur Haltestelle Luitpoldplatz. \nWir fahren von dort mit dem Bus 387 nach Wolfsbach und wandern bis Schlehenberg\, wo ein Pilzexperte auf uns wartet. Mit ihm suchen und bestimmen wir Pilze. Im Anschluss wandern wir gemeinsam zurück nach Bayreuth (bei schlechtem Wetter können wir notfalls auch wieder den Bus nehmen). Gegen 16.00/ 16.30 Uhr sind wir zurück in Bayreuth und können in der ESG leckere Nudeln mit frischen Pilzen kochen. \nBitte mitbringen: luftdurchlässige Stoffbeutel oder Korb\, ein kleines Messer und ggf. einen Küchenpinsel für die Pilze\, Wanderschuhe\, wetterfeste Kleidung\, genügend Trinkwasser\, bei Bedarf einen kleinen Snack für zwischendurch\, Semesterticket und vor allem viel gute Laune! \nZur besseren Planung meldet Euch bitte bis Donnerstag\, 24. We will look for and identify mushrooms with him. Afterwards\, we will walk back to Bayreuth together (if the weather is bad\, we can take the bus again if necessary). We will be back in Bayreuth around 4.00/ 4.30 pm and can cook delicious pasta with fresh mushrooms at the ESG. \nPlease bring: an air-permeable cloth bag or basket\, a small knife and\, if available\, a pastry brush for the mushrooms\, hiking boots\, weatherproof clothing\, enough drinking water\, a small snack for in between if required\, a semester ticket and\, above all\, a good mood! \nFor better planning\, please register by Thursday\, 24 October with a short email to khg@uni-bayreuth.de! \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Jeden Mittwoch feiern wir die Mitte der Woche mit einer besonderen Mittagspause: Wir treffen uns um 12.00 Uhr in der KHG-Kapelle zum Mittagsgebet. Anschließend löffeln wir gemeinsam vegetarische Suppe.\nWer Lust hat\, beim Kochen der Suppe zu helfen\, darf gerne vorher (ab ca. 11.00 Uhr) in der KHG-Küche vorbeikommen. Auch eigene Rezepte sind gerne gesehen!\n–\nEvery Wednesday we celebrate the middle of the week with a special lunch break: we meet at 12.00 in the KHG chapel for midday prayer. Afterwards we spoon vegetarian soup together.\nAnyone who would like to help make the soup is welcome to come to the KHG kitchen beforehand (from about 11.00 a.m.). Your own recipes are also welcome!
