Weil Fasten immer am besten in der Gruppe geht\, treffen wir uns regelmäßig einmal pro Woche zu Information\, Austausch\, Gebet und gemeinsamem Kochen – zunächst online\, später vielleicht vor Ort\, falls es rechtlich wieder möglich sein sollte. \nMit dieser Fastenaktion stellen wir uns in die christliche Tradition\, die in der Zeit vor Ostern des Leidens gedenkt und bewusst Verzicht übt\, um frei zu werden für neue Gedanken und andere Verhaltensweisen. During Lent\, you are cordially invited to think about ways of living more sustainably and to try out one or two suggestions. Because fasting always works best in a group\, we meet regularly once a week for information\, exchange\, prayer and cooking together – at first online\, later perhaps on site\, if it should be legally possible again. \nWith this Lenten action\, we are placing ourselves in the Christian tradition that commemorates suffering in the time before Easter and consciously practices renunciation in order to become free for new thoughts and different ways of behaving. Dann sei herzlich willkommen bei unseren „Ökumenischen Exerzitien im Alltag“!\nWir treffen uns jeden Dienstag in der Fastenzeit zu einem spirituellen Impuls und zum Austausch. Anschließend wird gemeinsam gekocht. Für die Tage zwischen den Treffen bekommst Du Postkarten mit Anregungen\, die Dir helfen können\, einen täglichen „Moment der Stille“ zu gestalten. \nDo you feel like experiencing the time of Lent in a special way? Then you’re very velcome to our „Ecumenical retreat in everyday life“!\nWe meet every Tuesday during Lent for a spritual moment and exchange. Afterwards\, we cook together. For the days between meetings\, you’ll get postcards with short texts that can help you shape your personal „moment of silence“.
