DESCRIPTION:Seit es Menschen gibt\, sind sie auf der Suche nach dem innersten Geheimnis der Welt\, das wir in den westlichen Religionen Gott nennen. Die spirituelle Suche nach der Begegnung mit dem Göttlichen bezeichnen wir als „Mystik“. Sie kann vielfältige Formen annehmen: Meditation\, Gebet\, Stille\, Naturerlebnisse\, persönliche Begegnungen\, aber auch Kunst\, Musik\, Tanz und Bewegung können Wege zu mystischen Erfahrungen sein. \nIn der christlichen Tradition wurde die Mystik besonders in der klösterlichen Theologie des Mittelalters gepflegt. Hildegard von Bingen\, Teresa von Avila oder Meister Eckhart sind berühmte Lehrer*innen einer mystischen Kontemplation. Aber auch in der Moderne gibt es vielfältige Formen und spannende Persönlichkeiten der Mystik. \nMit Hilfe von theologischen Texten und praktischen Übungen tauchen wir in die Welt der christlichen Mystik ein und kommen ins Gespräch. \n\nFor as long as there have been human beings\, they have been searching for the innermost mystery of the world\, which in Western religions we call God. We call the spiritual search for an encounter with the divine „mysticism“. It can take many forms: Meditation\, prayer\, silence\, experiences of nature\, personal encounters\, but also art\, music\, dance and movement can be paths to mystical experiences. \nIn the Christian tradition\, mysticism was cultivated especially in the monastic theology of the Middle Ages. Hildegard von Bingen\, Teresa von Avila and Meister Eckhart are famous teachers of mystical contemplation. But also in modern times there are many different forms and exciting personalities of mysticism. With the help of theological texts and practical exercises\, we will immerse ourselves in the topic and enter into conversation. \n

SUMMARY:Ökumenische Wanderung // Ecumenical hike
DESCRIPTION:Am Sonntag\, 8. Mai\, findet unsere KHG-&ESG-Wanderung statt. Wir treffen uns um 10.00 Uhr vor dem Haupteingang des Hauptbahnhofs Bayreuth. Von dort geht es bei hoffentlich schönstem Wetter hoch in Richtung Festspielhaus und Biergarten auf der Theta. Die Wanderung dauert insgesamt etwa bis 16.00 Uhr. Achtet bitte auf festes Schuhwerk (Wanderschuhe/ Sportschuhe)\, Trinkflasche und ggf. eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen für unterwegs\, falls Ihr Euch im Biergarten nichts kaufen wollt. Wir machen unterwegs dann nochmal Pause\, damit ihr auch in Ruhe essen könnt. Im Biergarten ist ausschließlich Barzahlung möglich. \n\nOn Sunday the 8th of May our KHG/ESG hike will take place. We will meet at 10 am in front of the main entrance of the Hauptbahnhof (Bayreuth main station). From there we’ll walk up towards the Festspielhaus and the beer garden on the Theta in hopefully nice weather. The hike will last until about 16.00 hrs. Please make sure to wear sturdy shoes (hiking boots/ sports shoes) and bring a water bottle and a snack for the trip if you don’t want to buy anything in the beer garden. We will take a break on the way so that you can eat in tranquility. In the beer garden\, only cash payment is possible.

DESCRIPTION:Im Rahmen der Klimawoche an der Universität besuchen und erleben wir eine Solidarische Landwirtschaft in Obernsees: Als zentrales Element des Solawi-Prinzips wird es eine Bieterrunde geben\, nach der örtliche Streuobstprodukte verkostet werden können. Bitte nehmt dafür etwas Kleingeld mit (ca. 4-14 €). Bei einem Impulsvortrag am Lagerfeuer erfahren wir zentrale Aspekte und können Fragen stellen. \nBitte meldet Euch rechtzeitig an\, da wir nur begrenzt Plätze zur Verfügung haben. Die Busse fahren um 18 Uhr in der Stadt von der ESG (Evangelische Studierendengemeinde\, Richard-Wagner-Str. 24\, gegenüber Stadtbibliothek) und an der Uni von der Bushaltestelle an der Mensa ab. Bitte gebt bei der Anmeldung an\, wo ihr einsteigen werdet. Für die Fahrt entstehen keine Unkosten. \nKooperation: ESG und KHG \n\nAs part of the Climate Week at the University\, we will visit and experience a Solidarity Farm in Obernsees: as a central element of the Solawi principle\, there will be a bidding round\, after which local scattered fruit products can be tasted. Please bring some small change for this (approx. 4-14 €). During an impulse lecture around the campfire we will learn about central aspects and can ask questions. \nPlease register in time\, as we only have a limited number of places available. The buses will leave at 6 p.m. in the city from the ESG (Evangelische Studierendengemeinde\, Richard-Wagner-Str. 24\, opposite the Stadtbibliothek) and at the university from the bus stop at the Mensa. Please indicate where you will board the bus when you register. There are no expenses for the trip. \nCooperation: ESG and KHG

As part of our KHG bar evening on Tuesday\, we will be planting our newly built KHG raised bed together. Afterwards we will ring in the gardening season with a barbecue. Please bring your own barbecue food – drinks\, bread and salad will be available on site. \nThe event is a contribution to Climate Week at the University of Bayreuth. \n
