DESCRIPTION:Jeden Mittwoch feiern wir die Mitte der Woche mit einer besonderen Mittagspause: Wir treffen uns um 12.30 Uhr in der KHG-Kapelle zum Mittagsgebet. Anschließend löffeln wir gemeinsam vegetarische Suppe. \nWer Lust hat\, beim Kochen der Suppe zu helfen\, darf gerne vorher (ab ca. 11.00 Uhr) in der KHG-Küche vorbeikommen. Auch eigene Rezepte sind gerne gesehen!\nBitte 2Gplus-Regel beachten! \n\nEvery Wednesday we celebrate the middle of the week with a special lunch break: we meet  at 12.30 in the KHG chapel for midday prayer. Afterwards we spoon vegetarian soup together. \nAnyone who would like to help make the soup is welcome to come to the KHG kitchen beforehand (from about 11.00 a.m.). Your own recipes are also welcome!\nPlease follow the 2Gplus rule!

Aufführungen sind am Ende der Vorlesungszeit geplant\, können aber je nach aktueller Infektions- und Rechtslage noch verschoben werden. \n\nOur theatre group „The Black Sheep“ meets every Monday. At the moment\, they rehearse the play „Zeit der Schuldlosen“ (Time of the Innocent) by Siegfried Lenz. Performances are planned at the end of lecture time\, but it is possible that they will be postponed due to the current Covid19 situation.

DESCRIPTION:Jeden Mittwoch feiern wir die Mitte der Woche mit einer besonderen Mittagspause: Wir treffen uns um 12.30 Uhr in der KHG-Kapelle zum Mittagsgebet. Anschließend löffeln wir gemeinsam vegetarische Suppe. \nWer Lust hat\, beim Kochen der Suppe zu helfen\, darf gerne vorher (ab ca. 11.00 Uhr) in der KHG-Küche vorbeikommen. Auch eigene Rezepte sind gerne gesehen!\nBitte 2Gplus-Regel beachten! \n\nEvery Wednesday we celebrate the middle of the week with a special lunch break: we meet  at 12.30 in the KHG chapel for midday prayer. Afterwards we spoon vegetarian soup together. \nAnyone who would like to help make the soup is welcome to come to the KHG kitchen beforehand (from about 11.00 a.m.). Your own recipes are also welcome!\nPlease follow the 2Gplus rule!

SUMMARY:African Night: (German) Colonial legacies in Africa and the vision for the future
DESCRIPTION:Students from different African countries throw light on the history and present of their homeland. How was German or British colonial rule perceived in their time – and what impact does it still have today? How can we stop being stuck in post-colonial attitudes and become change agents for a better future? There will be three keynote speeches\, yet all those present are cordially invited to share their experiences\, too. \nThe main keynote speech will be given by Dyoniz Kindata\, Tansania: „German Colonialism in German East Africa: Between indigenous language development\, power and knowledge production.“ \nThere will be additions on the topic of „The disappearance of African indigenous languages“ (John Eboim Yajalin\, Ghana) and on the topic of „Storytelling for the Future“ (Catheline Bosibori Nyabwengi\, Kenya). \nPlease note: There will be African food\, but it will be served after the African prayer service and before the African cultural evening (between 19.15 and 20.00 hrs). \n  \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Unsere Theatergruppe „Die schwarzen Schafe“ trifft sich jeden Montag. Derzeit probt sie das Stück „Zeit der Schuldlosen“ von Siegfried Lenz. Aufführungen sind am Ende der Vorlesungszeit geplant\, können aber je nach aktueller Infektions- und Rechtslage noch verschoben werden. \n\nOur theatre group „The Black Sheep“ meets every Monday. At the moment\, they rehearse the play „Zeit der Schuldlosen“ (Time of the Innocent) by Siegfried Lenz. Performances are planned at the end of lecture time\, but it is possible that they will be postponed due to the current Covid19 situation.
